Shipping
Flat fee shipping costs within North America will be calculated when you purchase an item. Please note that items ship within 7 to 10 business days after placing your order and the actual delivery times will vary depending on your location.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Also please be aware that shipments outside North America will be subject to additional fees and duties which are beyond our control. You may be required to pay these fees in addition to shipping and product costs. International shipping rates and delivery times will be quoted on a case by case basis to ensure the best possible rates and ship times.

Returns Policy
You may return an item that is damaged during shipping or that you are not satisfied with for store credit within 15 days of the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately so that we can begin the return process to issue you a replacement or for store credit. At our sole discretion we will also pay the return shipping costs or allow you to keep the item if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your replacement item within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a replacement or store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to print and ship the replacement item.
If you need to return an item for replacment or store credit, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your replacement shipment or store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
